Atiyeh is the founder and visionary behind Academia Genius, a passionate educator and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) advocate with a mission to transform learning for neurodiverse students. With a rich background in special needs education, psychology, and dyslexia support, she brings deep expertise and empathy to every student interaction.
Driven by the belief that education must nurture the whole child, Atiyeh weaves mental health awareness, emotional resilience, and a growth mindset into every intervention plan. Her approach empowers students not just academically, but socially and emotionally.

Richard Poth
Chief Operating Officer &
Head Of Digital Innovation
With over two decades of experience in education, Richard Poth has always been driven by a passion for reform and innovation. After six years in the primary sector in Essex, UK, specialising in computing, Richard recognised the pressing need for educational transformation. This drive led him to venture abroad, working as an Education Technology Specialist in Malaysia, Singapore, and South Korea, where he supported the integration of technology into every facet of teaching and learning.
